Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin is so petrified of being misconstrued at an upcoming event that the organizers have banned phones, laptops and cameras at the venue.
Hosted by the group Wisconsin Right to Life, the event is going to be a "closed" event, which generally means no press.
However, amid apparent worries that the ex-governor"s words will be aired publicly despite that restriction, organizers and Palin"s aides have taken the notion of "closed" to a whole new level.

Former campaign embeds Scott Conroy and Shushannah Walshe 's book on Sarah Palin is out this week, and friends and colleagues feted the CBS and Fox reporters at last night's DC book signing and party.
Conroy and Walshe signed books and read an excerpt to a crowd at Borders downtown.
They also took about 30 minutes of questions from the audience, which will air on C-SPAN's Book TV this weekend .

The former Alaska governor has not yet endorsed the more conservative candidate, Marco Rubio, in the Florida primary for governor.
Palin's spokeswoman Meg Stapleton said it was "too early" for Palin to endorse either Charlie Crist (who is considered more moderate) or Rubio.

Sarah Palin is a contender for any position in the government. After all everybody listens to her. Even those who wish her gone listen to her. How else do you think they have all these comments about her and what she does. Personally I'd vote for her in a heart beat if she ran for president. She's got more common sense than everyone else in Washington put together. Like Action JAckson put it there is no comparison to the Obamination group that is crushing the U.S. in debt. The Obama bunch can't blame anything on the past presidency anymore. They said they would have this country up and running and that everything would be just fine. I think there are about 250,000 people a week that would disagree.
Sarah Palin I do believe can change this country around. I don't expect it to be over night but, she's had more good ideas to change this country than the majarity of the congress has sinse Obama's Presidency.

Brilliant... you would vote for Palin because she would institute change, the same thing Obama ran on, but you do not expect her to do it overnight, and you blame Obama for not doing enough after 9 months, while you think she has more common sense than all the people in Washington put together. You are probably right that Sarah Palin would decide much more quickly then Obama, but you can be 100% sure it would be the wrong decision. One made without any deliberative thought, and not knowing all the facts. Sort of how this clueless women decided to be the vice presidential candidate, when she wasn't in any way shape or form qualified. Yes you are the perfect example of the Palin supporters today. People who want easy answers and are more then happy to have the likes of Limbaugh, Hannity and Beck there to give them for you.
